Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery staff are highly qualified and experienced in all aspects of childcare and education.  They take take part in regular ongoing training and development.  All staff have a first aid qualification. 
Our staff work in partnership with parents, local schools, health, education and other childcare professionals to promote a positive and supportive approach to learning.
We operate a keyworker system so that your child has continuity of care throughout the day.  This enables relationships of trust to be built between staff, children and parents.  These relationships make the sharing of information regarding the needs of your child much easier and ensure staff acquire a better understanding and greater knowledge of your child.

Our staffing ratios are based on the recommended Ofsted standards.
0 – 2 years     -   1 staff member per 3 children
2 – 3 years     -   1 staff member per 4 children
3 – 5 years     -   1 staff member per 8 children
