For your child we aim to:

·        Provide a bright, stimulating, caring and happy environment where children feel safe to explore, experiment and develop, through the medium of play, confidence, assertiveness and self-worth to enable them to progress and reach their full potential in all aspects of their development.
·        Offer parents a high-quality, professional childcare facility where their views are valued, listened to and included in their child’s care and education. We meet the needs of each individual child through observation, assessment and planning, working in partnership with parents, and encouraging children to become active, inquisitive and independant learners. Staffs expertise, skills and knowledge of each individual child's needs and interests enable them to plan activities that will extend the child's learning and help them progress to the next steps.
·        Provide an excellent curriculum, delivered by qualified and experienced staff who will enable children to learn how to communicate, co-operate, share, take turns and listen, express their feelings and value the feelings of others in their own individual way. We will also help children develop an understanding of right and wrong and the consequences of their words and actions, preparing them for school and their future lives.
·        Promote healthy eating by providing a nutritious, healthy and varied menu for meals, snacks and drinks, accommodating all dietary needs for medical conditions, religious beliefs and parental preferences.
·        Ensure all Ofsted regulations are adhered to with regard to staffing, safety, environment, hygiene and standards of care.
